2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are eligible to do so under applicable law.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization (such as a pickleball club or facility), you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach involving your account.

4. Event Participation and Facility Rules

When you register for tournaments, leagues, or other events through the Services:

• •You agree to comply with all event rules provided by the organizer or hosting facility.
• •You understand that event participation involves physical activity and acknowledge that injuries or risks may occur.
• •You agree that Good Game Sports is not responsible for any injuries, disputes, or issues occurring during events.

Refund policies for event registrations are set by the event organizer or hosting facility, not by Good Game Sports.

5. Payments and Fees

We may charge fees for certain features, services, or event registrations. All payment terms will be presented to you before purchase.

• •Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers such as Stripe.
• •We do not store complete credit or debit card information on our systems.
• •Taxes or additional processing fees may apply depending on the event or provider.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• •Impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity.
• •Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
• •Upload malicious code or otherwise disrupt the normal operation of the Services.
• •Use the Services for unauthorized commercial purposes or spamming.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services for violations of these Terms.

7. User Content

You may upload, submit, or provide content through the Services, such as profile information, match results, or other data ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you grant Good Game Sports a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content solely as necessary to operate, improve, and provide the Services.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or restrict content that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

8. Intellectual Property

All technology, software, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other content provided by Good Game Sports are owned by Good Game Sports or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• •Copy, distribute, or modify the Services or any part thereof, except as expressly permitted.
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services, except where permitted by law.
• •Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate or interact with third-party services or providers (such as payment processors, authentication services, or ratings organizations). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of those third parties.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• •The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• •We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• •We make no guarantees about specific results from using the Services.

You use the Services at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• •Good Game Sports will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.
• •The total liability of Good Game Sports for any claims arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (US$50) if you have not made any payments.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Good Game Sports and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• •Your violation of these Terms.
• •Your interactions with other users, organizers, or facilities in connection with the Services.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

You may stop using the Services and may request deletion of your account at any time, subject to any applicable legal or contractual obligations.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply after your access to the Services ends.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we do:

• •If the changes are material, we may provide additional notice, such as by email or an in-app notification.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware. Each party irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waives any objection to venue in those courts.
